My mind always conflated this guy and the wacky races Dick Dastardly
That could be because, as the article notes:
Whiplash is the stereotypical villain in the style of stock characters found in silent films and earlier stage melodrama, wearing black clothing and a top hat and with a handlebar moustache.
…and so was Dastardly.
I’d love to copy his style but my moustache growth is just not there.
If you don’t have the moustache, maybe you can focus on tying random people to railroad tracks (please be more inclusive though) ?
