bit late but, liftoff doesn’t feel the same like sync, sync looks and feels like a native android app

the waitlist is slow as hell
as a high schooler (outside of america) my friends mostly have androids, I’m not saying they are better, just saying that they are more common
what, really, how is it in the play store then
Hi ljdawson, the play store app seems to be in beta 27 still for me, is that because of my region?
When did you first think of starting lemmy?
you can make sync look A LOT like RIF. Now for Reddit may be good for you but fully switching to lemmy is better
for me MacOS is the easiest os ever, installing apps is incredibly easy, solving some error too, updating etc. on windows I have had update problems, apps not running, to make it good enough you have to install more than 10 other programs, it is just not for me I guess
GENIUS, ABSOLUTE GENIUS
people seem to forget that the dev wants to work FULL TIME on the app, you are paying for having great updates quick bug fixes etc.
price is a big part in all of it i suppose
you can also install arch linux on chrome os but it isn’t recommended on a low spec machine
my first thought was LINUX, i just struggle to trust google with anything
absolutely agree but don’t forget that google tracks everything
I don’t even understand why people use Chrome OS other than schools forcing it on you
I am pretty sure some of his revenue goes to lemmy and instances because it isn’t a full free app
it really depends on what you value
yes, typing from it right now, see pinned post in /c/infinity_or_lemmy
