I used Power Delete Suite the other day. It takes a while to run because it’s scripted vs using API. Instructions were simple and easy to use. Just let it run in a tab in the background and eventually it will work through all your posts or comments. I set it to just edit all my comments. If you leave the text box empty for what you want it edited to it will put random comments in, such as I like coffee. I like hiking. I like reading. I like beer. Etc.
For repubs politics has turned into team sports. It is no longer arguing about ideas and policies. This is always what happens in a first past the post voting system. Having a viable strong third party forces the need for compromise on all parties in order to pass any sort of legislation. But no third party in our current voting system will emerge because instead of voting for someone, which may cause the spoiler effect, I have to decide to vote against the more terrible option.
Antenna hooked up to my tivo OTA. Able to record local TV without subscription.
My local Lowe’s has a bin to drop them in near the exit after checkout.
The home Depot has a drop bin near the entrance.
I’ve got some college but no official degree as well. I did a bootcamp for a CCNA with 0 experience in 2012. It was like learning a foreign language. I had to buy the official cert guide and studied hard for a year, I eventually got the CCNA cert in 2014. After that I kept getting additional Cisco certs, CCNA - security, CCNA - cyberops, and now am working on the CCNP. Once I got my CCNA I was able to get into a help desk position, and have moved up to analyst, and engineer. With each job jump have increased salary 30-50%. Honestly in tech I’d recommend moving around every 1-3 years to get that pay bump.
If you have a good manager, they will recognize that a college degree in IT and security specifically is not really necessary.
Some certs to look at for entry level network security, Cisco cyberops associate or CompTIA security+
Yes, please come and pick him up.
Homebrewing. I have made many a beer over 8 or 9 years. They get better with each batch, but along with it is another new piece of equipment to make the process easier or more efficient.
My grandpa whenever we scraped our knee or something: “You’ll grow new bark”
Completely from scratch. It’s my first language, but I’ve been in IT on the network/infrastructure side for 9 years. With the way the industry is going with network automation learning to code is going to be necessary.
I’ve been using the Mimo app, mimo.org
They have android and iOS available with a free and paid version training python course.
They’re called cubicles
Correct, Gmail essentially doesn’t “see” dots hello@gmail is the same as h.e.l.l.o@gmail
hello+anything@gmail will also be delivered to hello@gmail. This is great for signing up for mailing lists or subscriptions then creating a filter afterwards to do with it what you please.
No, just whirlpool at 180 for 30 min.
Yes. I burst charged it at 40 psi for about 20 hours, then purged and dropped it down to 10 psi. It had a bit of greenery taste to it still, should be really good in a week or 2.
But think of the shareholders…
