Weird, I wouldn’t know.
If you like comedy, there’s a stand up show called Kill Tony. Comedians sign up and get 60 seconds to do their best bit/s. I post the link every week to the sub !killtony@lemmy.zip. Check it out if that would interest you, we would love to be more active in the community.
I actually just noticed the same thing. Click into post and going back out, post shows as unread. I found refreshing while in the post and then going back, it does show as read.

I started to think of Reddit as just an occasional Google search result necessary evil and have successfully ignored it ever since.
This is my experience. I try to search elsewhere, but consistently still find good info there. Only when I exhaust other options I go crawling back.
Are we counting like Ares and Limewire? I just wanted to listen to music and could never pay it. That turned into software I wanted but couldn’t buy. Then I stopped for a while and started up again years ago not wanting to pay for streaming
I’ve never tipped hotel workers/housekeeping unless we’re at an all inclusive resort, which I feel is standard to tip there. Maybe I’m wrong though reading comments here.
I would definitely consider it self care. Since flossing is a “good habit”, I would also consider good habits to be helping better yourself aka self care.
Just an extra little brain power needing in writing hahah. Get my wife about once a month with this and she never remembers
You know activity is really intense? Camping
Maybe I’m missing something and this isn’t what you’re asking, but I’ve always used a credit card with auto rental insurance included (Chase Sapphire to be exact). From everything I’ve read about that, you get rental insurance via credit card if you decline the rental company’s. So if you have a card that provides that, I would just go that route.
Yup, there it is. Appreciate it!
I’ve had this but larger for making batches of cold brew. Loved it, but like someone else mentioned, cleaning it and rinsing it out was slightly annoying.
I was just looking into this for myself. Can I ask what you went with?
But sync for lemmy wasn’t even released until like July or August of 2023?
It’s not foss or self hostable, but Flipp does this. Pulls weekly ads you can compare.
Just activate with this https://lemmy.world/comment/1639671
I put my clothes out for the next day! Best feeling is being able to just hop in shower and not have to worry about it. Was actually just starting to think I’m a little crazy for doing that lol
My mom was one of our lunch ladies in elementary school. It was great lol free desserts, extra food, and I would go sneak chocolate milks during a bathroom break.
Find a hobby you can continue after you’re allowed outside again.
Like tech? Start tinkering with things. Find cool projects and see if you can create on your own; if/when you get stuck, start reading online and figure it out.
Watch stand up comedy. Makes you feel good to laugh, and can pass the time easily inside.
Start reading a book like the other guy said. Again, good for your brain and can even learn something from it.
Seems like you really just need to find yourself a new hobby and stick with it, otherwise you’ll still be bored after you’re sick.
Same here, Pixel 6
