Pretty much the title. I’m still pretty new to the world of tech but I like learning stuff. Only other computer I have is an Acer Aspire 5. I’ve been wanting to setup my own DNS server for sometime and planned on getting a Raspberry Pi to do so, but I’m pretty sure I could do that with this mini computer.

Anyway, what are some other useful/fun/interesting things to do with it?

    Consider installing Home Assistant on it if you think home automation would be fun. Home Assistant supports installing containers from their add-on “store”, including AdGuard Home. It’s a good intro into containers, but not as flexible as, say, Debian with Docker.

    Debian with Docker is another option. You can install all sorts of stuff with Docker, including Home Assistant. It comes down to personal preference.
