The punchline doesn’t actually sound like a Harry Potter spell. Just look at the downvotes on this thing. It’s a good try but comes up short.
I can’t tell whether you have a funny accent, simply don’t know Harry Potter or are trolling. This is one of his most famous spells. Huge build up to this moment on both the book and the movie.

All of the Harry Potter spells are Latin or of Latin origin. The punchline isn’t. This is why I feel the joke falls flat and I suspect this is why the joke is so heavily downvoted.
Also aside from the flying car (which Ron drives), Harry never actually drives or owns a vehicle.
