I think it’s just surreal. Absurd. A crazy situation (after the op’ the patient is just a face on a pillow) with a totally out of touch solution (lots of ice cream will comfort him).

Pretty sure Gary Larson is the only person who gets a bunch of Gary Larson panels. The rest of us are just happy to be along for the ride. 😆
