Presumably in terms of floor space, amenities and location because in terms of design and style that house is horrible. I can also only imagine that it is laid out awfully.
Idk about the location, but it’s a huge property, a huge house, has a pond, a full-sized soaking tub, and a bunch of cool shit that you can’t get for less than several million dollars around here. Plus 7 bedrooms is pretty awesome. I guess I’m just impressed how much you can get for the money in other parts of the country. A little 1200 sq ft house is a million dollars here. It’s depressing tbh.
