X10SDV-2C-TP4F + Coral TPU

I am trying to use a Coral M2 TPU (A+E key) in a X10SDV-2C-TP4F. The catch is I’m trying to use it in the Mini PCI-E slot with an adapter.

The TPU isn’t being seen by the OS (Ubuntu 22.04), nothing shows up in lspci etc.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get the TPU to show up?
