Hello all,

I purchased a AP9631 on eBay and installed it in my SMT2200RM2U. It lit up, it pulled an IP address…but I can’t connect to it. I reset it and it reconnected but no change.

I can ping it and the device IP config tool finds it. But when I try to bring it up, it doesn’t connect. I’ve tried http/https. I tried with IE on Windows10, no dice.

I Googled with Bing and have tried some of the utilities on the APC site with no luck. I didn’t find much around connecting to it. Am I missing something?
