    Most teams don’t even hire qualified male GMs, the number of General Managers in the NFL who are either related to the owner, or the son of a former GM/team executive is extremely high.

    Definitely not disagreeing with the article that there are women qualified to do the job, but many NFL teams can’t even shed the nepotism bias. That’s why most teams don’t win.

      Just look at the Texans. Didn’t they hire the owners spiritual advisor to be GM, or something like that?
