& I’m doing pretty good! The wefwef app has done a great job of recreating the Apollo experience and has made it a lot easier to not want to go and download the Reddit app. The more active it gets here, the easier it’ll be. How are you guys doing so far? Have you found an App for Lemmy that you prefer the most yet?

This is exactly what we should avoid; lemmy.world is already having some federation and stability issues because it’s ballooning so much.

People should stop recommending the already massive servers and recommend smaller general ones like lemm.ee, lemmy.one, and vlemmy.net instead; it’s all connected anyway. Those instances have also been upgraded to accommodate this surge of users and have already been around for years without issue.

The entire point of decentralization, as I understand it, is to spread out, not rely on a single entity, and still be connected. Would be a shame if we didn’t take advantage of that.
