As a goth, I just couldn’t resist this. First pen from Benu and I am loving it! Inked up with Diamine Oxblood currently.

Very nice! I really like this pen!

I don’t know if I’d end up using it personally simply because it can’t post, and it bugs me when there’s a cap loose somewhere, but I really like the look of it!

It definitely isn’t for everyone because of that. I personally don’t mind, but I’m slightly sad it can’t just because I like the option. The look and feel is more than enough to make up for it, for me personally.

It looks massive in photos, but it really isn’t that big at all. Larger than most pens I own, which isn’t many, but it’s only bt a little bit. It’s very comfortable in my opinion; nice size, the material feels good, and all the designs and texture are smooth and totally comfortable!

That is definitely a drama pen! I’d be bothered if it can’t post, but it is definitely fun to look at.

Oh my goodness! I typically find Benu pens a tad too gaudy for my tastes, but that one is really lovely. Those details are lovely. And I think oxblood is a brilliant match.

How is it to write with? I haven’t ever used a pen body quite that shape. Is it comfortable to hold?

The shape is actually very similar to a 1911 or Metropolitan, just slightly more tapered. It looks very fat, but that’s mainly just the molded design, which is very surprisingly comfortable and still slim. It’s comfortable to hold while writing, and the nib so far is lovely! Very consistent ink flow and it feels great on Rhodia. I’ll be bringing it to work next week to see how it writes on more everyday paper.
