Why link to a Chinese site? Link to a US .gov site instead if you want to talk about the US position.

But anyway, this article is about America’s extrajudicial Muslim torture camps

Oh, then maybe you should delete this post and give it the correct title.

Too late now. The wheels are in motion. It would be unfair of me to waste all the effort people have already put in.

Then I guess the people will just have to discuss the topic as written, and talk about China’s detention and torture of Muslims. Glad you’re bringing attention to it!

But there won’t be anything to discuss about it, except maybe the complete lack of any credible evidence. We could discuss Sasquatch man instead I suppose, since there’s far more evidence for him.

Did you read your own source?

The current conclusion of the State Department lawyers does not constitute a judgment that genocide did not occur in Xinjiang, but it reflects the difficulties of proving genocide, read the report.

Yes I read that part. They have no evidence but still want to pretend to believe it, like so many others.

So the global hegemon with the ability to spy on a single square foot of the earth from space 40 years ago is struggling to prove a conjecture that would harm its geopolitical rival, not because the claim lacks evidence and is politically motivated, but because proving this shit is hard? Is that what you’re saying?
