Listened to “Pink noise” to see if it would help me sleep on Tuesday night, felt a bit better but couldn’t be 100% whether it actually helped get to a deeper sleep.
So last night tried going to sleep with an audiobook playing and feel like crap. Could be a coincidence, but it means tonight I’m trying that pink noise again and today will be harder.
Coffee beans were running low too, so me and the wife had to split half a pot of coffee between us. That’s a sure-fire way for everyone to be lethargic and moody through the day xD
I personally think brown noise is the best for sleep!
Gives you that real warm feeling before bed I bet!
I like white noise but the other half thinks it’s creepy so we have to compromise with ‘rain sounds’ which is basically a less effective white noise coupled with the sound of someone taking an infinite piss up the side of a tent.
Ha. I don’t mind the rain noise so much. But getting used to the Pink Noise was surprisingly painless that first night.
