Anyone else sick of how saturated the market is with these side scroller or low grade, top down pixel games? They seem like a quick cash grab. What’s worse is they’re going up in price. You got pixel games selling for $59.99 online and that’s ridiculous
Personally I am not much of a pixel-art fan, it relies too much on nostalgia, IMO, but there are some very good modern pixel-art games, so can’t judge all of them by just their visuals. As for side scrollers and top down games, I do have some soft spot for them.
Which pixel game is selling for $59.99 though? That must be a really good one (at least in publisher’s opinion).
