Submitting other people to unwanted 2nd hand smoke is a dick move no matter what it is. It’s not about what the drug does it’s about how it’s consumed. If weed is legal there I bet he’d be allowed edibles.

Alcohol doesn’t impact the people around you until you drink it and become a drunk asshole.
