Theres a tool named Android Universal Debloater. You don’t need root, only adb allowed. In the Debloater you will have the recommended appss to disable, but you can go forward.

Aurora recognize the apps normally. No need to unistall them. It will work just like the Play Store.
Whatsapp is less “worst” as it have E2EE by default in every conversation. I’d say Telegram privacy wise is a joke.
I don’t believe there’s any reliable option besides Samsung Pay, but it’s locked to Samsung devices. Privacy-wise, I’m not aware of any solution.
Removing the Play Store would not uninstall any other app. But why would you want to uninstall the apps and then install from Aurora? Aurora get its apps from the Play Store, but anonymously.
It annoys the hell out of me as well. I haven’t found a workaround yet.
Android 14 is the most underwhelming updated yet. Google didn’t even promote it well on I/O. About OneUI 6, I just wish Samsung updates the control center. It’s too outdated. I know it’s simple and working well, but I would love some visual tweaks.
Thank god none of my friends or relatives ever were really Snapchat users. But I’m held hostage by WhatsApp in here.
