Somebody on RuneScape back in the early 2000s threatened to report me if I didn’t tell them my password and so I reluctantly told them and immediately got locked out of my free, low level account :-(
Very pro bike but only bike. Pretty much any other modality device is banned from public bike paths.

I bought a Valve Index two years ago, had fun with it for a couple weeks, then never used it again :-\
Not the original commenter but for me it was that they didn’t integrate well into my multi-device management platform and instead required you to use Sonos’s platform and products to play on multiple devices. The sound was decent but I only had one and it didn’t work with my other speakers so it rarely got used.
I avoid Amazon whenever possible. I’d rather pay a little more and support a small online business, or better yet find what I need locally.
Before they also said the driver got 100% but behind the scenes they were essentially subtracting that amount from what they were going to pay the driver originally. Thus they could claim the driver got 100% of the tip while still pocketing the value of it.
I left then but forgot to join Lemmy until just last week.
After nearly a decade on Reddit, 6 months without any Reddit-like experience was kinda wild. I thought I’d feel like I’d have more time but other things just filled the doom scroll void. Once I started getting my memes from YouTube I decided it was time to try Lemmy.
