Did some basic video editing in blender and was pleasantly surprised, did you give that a whirl?
Can i get a little Tristan Pinball up in here!?
This story activates my fear and sorrow emotions in a special and unnerving way. Very cool.
I learned to dab a small drop right on the underside of your wrist, then dab those wrists on the back of your neck or behind your ear. I never ever used my palms for that, that seems crazy to me. But I’m also pretty sensitive to smells so…
https://jan.ai/ Jan works fine on W11
But efficiency is not the only consideration, privacy and self reliance are important facets as well. Your argument about efficiënt computing is 100% valid but there is a lot more to it.
I mostly joined because of you so, seems very probable
If not trained on CSAM or in painted but fully generated, I can’t really think of any other real legal arguments against it except for: “this could be real”. Which has real merit, but in my eyes not enough to prosecute as if it were real. Real CSAM has very different victims and abuse so it needs different sentencing.
I agree with the mission of this new cap, but my thoughts were this: Coca Cola, PepsiCo, these brands are… so inhumanly big, their budgets are SO extremely deep and large. And this cap? This cap is the best they could come up with? There is not a grain of my being that can believe that. What I do know about these corporations, is that they hate working together to reduce waste. Anytime a bottle deposit system is expanded they basically stamp the floor angrily until the law forces them to adapt or get out, at which point they use the new hated rules in their marketing as if the planet was all they were thinking about all along. Right…
This cap is essentially psychological warfare against the consumer, to form negative thoughts about being responsible with plastic waste. It’s purpose is to make you angry about the new rule, while still adhering to it.
Fuck you big food products inc, I hope we introduce a deposit system on fucking everything so you can all sit in the boardroom and cry about it.
You could try a SearXNG someone hosted, it’s FOSS and not worse than Google :)
Head’s up - since Jan this year, this route is ONLY available if you have registered a Kindle with them. The new format used by amazon cannot be “unencrypted”, even by calibre, without a Kindle “unencrypting” it for you or providing it’s key or whatever the dark magic required is.
I had a Thule 32L before, it was pretty good! Now I have an Osprey 26/32L, and it’s really fantastic. I used Osprey in the Alps (a big hiking bag) and was really impressed so I switched when the Thule finally died.
To each there own, but i think after all is said and done, automatic hallway lights are just a natural fit and the best addition home automation gave me (as simple as it is). I have automatic lights in more spots because motion detection is easy, but I wouldn’t really miss them except in the hallway, where taking the time to flip the switch takes as much time as traversing, and then you still have to turn it off after.
These cables only supply power straight from the net, which is why they are interchangeable. I have some trimmers/shavers that use a similar cable as the one OP is showing, but they are much smaller then what you are showing. The trimmers have an adapter somewhere in between (because incorporating it into a handheld device would be bulky and… why would you want to?) So, because the power is ‘adapted’ it’s no longer interchangeable.
This new push might be from a new source of users that don’t fit the pattern of the 3 percenters.
Same! Feels like it’s large enough to keep some balls rolling, and that’s all I ever wanted. It would be great for some of my more niche interests to have more representation (and I try and contribute to that) but if it would stay like it is now, I’m down to clown.
Whooops! You accidentally thought that companies have to follow the same rules as civies, silly you!
thx for sharing! we did some underwater photography shenanigans back in the 00’s and wow, shooting pics underwater is so very different from shooting them above… Wow… Nature = amazing
Like this one from Red Sea, 2006! Made by my mom :)
