No, I grew up eating foods that I could be certain weren’t made up of 99% corn syrup.

Oh sorry, you’re right, there’s an address for more info. I shall scribe my correspondence post haste in order to discover the nature of the product on the shelf.
You know what else is odd? That you’re staunchly defending this label with barely any information on it. Pretty much every point you’ve made is “but why does it need information”…
I thought it was my EU brain interpreting it that way. The alternative, like your wine example, is basically a black market cut product anywhere else.
As other people said, in the EU with “honey blend” you’d expect a blend of different types of honey, as it wouldn’t be allowed to be call honey unless it was pure honey. Having to decipher “made with real honey” to mean “its not real honey” is just fucking odd. Flip it over and look at the ingredients and its just a list? Why no percentages?
Gourmet stuff comes in all sorts of weird packaging and shitty stuff comes in fancy packaging, so having to assume it is corn syrup because it’s in a bear shape is also weird.
No rules for food labelling is wild.
I thought botulism was the main threat.
I’m confused there are no packaging standards in the US. Is the first ingredient the largest? How do you know if there’s no percentage given?
If it’s at the point you need a tab manager, surely you could just use bookmarks.
If he gets $223M a year for being a detriment to society, I should be getting at least $446M for being relatively neutral.
Making money by destroying/burying digital media. What a backwards world we live in…
This practice feels like something that should be illegal. Effectively it is destroying art that hundreds or thousands of people worked hard to make, for the sake of fiddling the books of the owning company that commissioned it.
If you “write it off” to be worth zero, it should either become freely available abandonware, or can be claimed as the intellectual property of those that worked on it. Otherwise it is evident that there is some value to be had and therefore tax fraud to claim it has none.
Every story needs a villain.
That’s not a real country.
That’s not how GDPR works. You’re legally allowed to request your data and request that it is deleted by the entity that is collecting it and in both cases the company is obliged to act on it.
Students believe there is a camera inside this hole on the vending machine
Students and their silly beliefs. Don’t worry about that lens shining in the hole. It’s just a useless hole!
Oh sorry I didn’t realise we were supposed to be living off grid entirely to be allowed to browse this sub.
You should probably stop going to work and school, too much exposure.
Personally my hotmail account is nearing 25 years old. I both get this and godawful amounts of spam. I’m not sure if its entirely due to age, or due to historic leaks including the email address. I would say it’s normal if you have the same email as you did in the 90s.
He must be an anti-semite
Beehaw.org is pretty chill. Blahaj.zone is cool too.
There appears to be a terrorist attack going on in Moscow right now and it’s not a rainbow flag attack.
