Don’t you mean easy yes? If you’re born male, but identify as female, wouldn’t you want to be born female so you don’t have to do the whole trans thing?

You’re right. I’m sorry for being aggressive, especially without having more info. I’ll be more careful in the future.
What you’ve essentially said is that you’re patting yourself on the back for buying from supplier A instead of supplier B, and that giving up meat would suck. You say “humane” in the same sentence as you do of killing and eating an animal that almost certainly lived a terrible life. I am here to ask you to wake up and take real action. You can do better. I’m all for harm reduction, as we can’t entirely eliminate cruelty, so I agree that it’s not all or nothing. It seems you’re under the impression that you’re doing something by buying from a different supplier, and I don’t agree much with that. Maybe your heart’s in the right place, and that’s a start.
Dealing with a restricted diet sucks less than living with the guilt of the absolutely cruel abuses that you’d be enabling by buying meat. Those animals feel fear and pain just like you do.
For calyx and lineage: I don’t think you can call the livedisplay settings CLI without root. For example I have a 1-click widget to turn my phones RGB values to all red. Or is there a way? (Needs to be RGB, not some crappy red overlay)
Calyx is great. It comes with microG baked in. Also it’s got a great installer. Note that you can opt to keep the bootloader unlocked if you want to root it.
What’s that do? Won’t it just get washed away with wiper blades, or rain?
That’s a false choice. Nobody is saying that there aren’t other good reasons to avoid a manufacturer.
It’s all down to personal preference anyways. Cheers
Folks, don’t worry. lud approved it.
Thanks for being honest with us.
Source?
Yes, but there are alternative clients like Aurora which allow you to download your apps that you’ve purchased on Google Play. It essentially scrapes the Google Play website to get the apk that you have access to after purchasing.
It’s a different issue than requiring Google Play Services on the device. I think you implemented some new license checking in v22 which broke the app on degoogled devices (just a guess). V19 worked great.
Will it run without Google Play Services like Reddit Sync Pro did prior to v22?
Edit: answering my own question. Yes it runs on degoogled devices, at least this one with microg.
Has LJ said it’ll run without Google Play? I certainly hope so.
Yes, education is important, and this would spare every single school the intense battle vs parents to do the right thing.
