I remember when the Cell arc started when I was in like 5th grade on Cartoon Network and Trunks was introduced. I always thought curtain hair was super cool at the time and he also had a dope jacket and a sweet sword. Not to mention a gritty backstory being trained by a BADASS Gohan in a dystopic wasteland. Future Trunks gets my vote all day every day.

I caught Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and it was a fun time, I appreciated the practical effects and dourly hilarious dialogue and characters. Not a huge Juice head, but I thought it was a fun popcorn movie.

I finally landed a job offer, and I start on Monday. I had to take a $6/hr pay cut to do the same service position so that’s a tough pill to swallow, but a job is a job and everyone says it’s easier to find a job when you have a job. I’m feeling really bitter about the loss though. Getting laid off, waiting 3 months, and then accepting a pay cut has just been a wallop, especially when my wife is expecting our second child in October. Honestly, it ticks me off when people attack third party voters instead of going after the majority of eligible voters that just don’t vote at all. Like, if you have such a problem with my personal vote, please go after the people who didn’t even try first. Thank you for voting, and your reasons are yours and yours alone.

As a father of a 3 year old and being a lifelong filthy casual (mostly portable gaming, SNES, PS2), my steam games were just rotting not being played on my crappy PC. After getting the steam deck though I’m finally able to play 5 year old games on sale but dammit I’m still playing again.

This just in, game franchise aimed towards kids is lambasted for being for kids. Shocked Pikachu face WE GOT OLD. ITS OKAY.

I jumped ship when Joey for reddit was discontinued. I downloaded connect first and now I’m solidly in the Sync camp haha. Loving it so far but like anyone else O miss the community structure.
