I recommend avoiding feeling like you “NEED” to rush either of them. I try to pull up a lilith map when I’m heading to some other objective and grab ones on the way that i don’t have.
Keep in mind, none of these things are going to make or break your character, hell if you never finished either you could still probably do all current content, your gear will be the biggest difference.
Both of these things are permanent account unlocks, so treat it more like something your will finish eventually and focus on hiw to keep improving your gear. Renown level 3 in every area to have max skill points is probably as far as your really need to finish to be competitive
