There really shouldn’t need to be a 12V battery at all
I think it’s mainly there just to be able to control the circuit that cuts power to the high voltage battery off while the car is parked for safety reasons.

Probably would still need the 12V battery to have enough charge to close the connection to the high voltage battery that would power the step down converter.
But yeah it seems dumb to me that most EVs don’t keep the 12V battery topped up from the high voltage battery somehow while the car is parked, but I’m not an electrical engineer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I prefer the term Yankee doodlegrees, thank you.
How would taking another train even help with the ticket price?
It’s still incredibly stupid to dilute your own votes and give him more votes…
They could also sell shares to raise money to hire more people…
That’s crazy, they should use heat pumps and maybe underground refrigerant loops instead.
AI uses water?
Edited the price to something more nvidiaish:
Batteries capacity per m^3 and/or per KG is improving over time though, so that’s where the main reason to upgrade an EV would come from.
There’s not much room for improvement in terms of efficiency for EVs, except maybe lower rolling resistance tyres and better aero. You generally have to replace the whole car for better aero though unless you don’t mind having some bolt on mods 😂
I’d say PS2 belongs in flat design, even if it falls outside the dates they think: its design language was ahead of its time
Best era was actually the 1920s(art nouveau)
Oh… I guess you need to have purchased it from steam to be able to use the crack…
This is 2024, if you want to play games you’ve purchased legally you have to crack them
The problem with gas stoves isn’t the stove itself, but rather the foot in the door with adding a gas supply, which results in gas being used for other purposes on the same premises.
Climate town has a great video about it: https://youtu.be/hX2aZUav-54
Tbh though I’m not sure it has the same effect for businesses and seems a bit over zealous to me to ban it from restaurants for that reason; but the other reason to ban it from commercial premises would be to reduce fire risk. I used to work in a mall and the number of times the noodle place set off the alarm was quite annoying and probably even more annoying and a waste of time for the fire department 🚒🧑🚒
He should just contribute to mastodon instead.
