What? You think this is some kind of secret?
No, I think that we should be critical of what we read online. Especially on topics where information is being actively manipulated. Thanks for the link.
I keep seeing this Israel funded Hamas rhetoric. But, I can find almost no information about it from reputable sources. The only information I can find that is not obviously biased is a freaking Quora post.
If you, or anyone else, has anything more solid then I would be very interested to read about it.
In this scenario I think the largest mammals will go first? Like if you consider there was a higher concentration of oxygen during the dinosaur era and some dinosaurs were really big. So it seems larger mammals might need a higher concentration of oxygen.
Is that on new accounts too?
Wunderground was awesome until IBM bought it
Incompetent, you don’t even need an undergraduate degree to be a detective in Detroit:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must be a United States citizen Must have 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision Must have normal color and depth perception vision Must hold a valid driver’s license Must have a good driving record Must have a high school diploma or GED Must have no felony convictions
This technology is going to be a nightmare when combined with decades of deliberately selecting for low iq in the police hiring process.
It seems obvious to check that the women in surveillance footage is also pregnant. But, if you have poor critical reasoning skills and you’re only looking for confirmation I can totally see how pregnancy could be missed.
Incompetence.
Votes being public has made it possible to learn a bit about how people interact with posts. I’ve always used the downvote sparingly and I think that is how most people operate, downvoting only what doesn’t contribute to discussion and upvoting what I agree with. But it seems a minority downvote very frequently. There are some accounts that downvote the vast majority of posts in certain communities. Sometimes these accounts have zero posts and comments. Which is pretty odd - disagreeing with so much while never sharing your opinion.
Thanks for the great work! According to Christian the revenue received by reddit per user per year was $1.50 (optimistically). I just set up a donation on liberapay of $15 per year with the idea that if 10% of Lemmy users donate $15 per year then Lemmy will receive the same income per user as Reddit.
But even if you drive the car into the ground there is still an associated cost per year as a result of buying the vehicle.
