I still don’t understand how those cheap filament dryers work: they fully enclose the spool and heat up the air for a few hours. But where does the moist air go? It’s still trapped in there with the filament. It makes no sense!
I always leave the filament dryer a bit open so the warm air can escape, taking the moisture to a better place (far away from the filament)
I’m in the same boat: Hollow Knight frustrated me so much that I never finished it, even though I really liked the lore and the world and the non-boss fights. Celeste on the other hand might be even “harder”, but as you respawn on every screen literally instantly, you can fail and retry hard parts a hundred times until you make it.

Absolutely, Outlook.com is by far the worst in this regard. I stopped running my own mail server a few years ago because it was just unbearable.

Yeah, such a weird editorialization - it’s a huge trade-off, making such a feature completely unacceptable for me personally.
I subscribed to YouTube Premium a few days ago, after being a long-time Spotify subscriber. It really does seem like a viable alternative… except for the lack of something like Spotify connect. I can’t even control the playback on my computer or TV from my phone. It’s like every YouTube Music device is on their own, knowing nothing about the others. With Spotify I could seamlessly continue the playback of the song I was listening to in my car on my phone and later on the smart speaker in my apartment.
I totally agree regarding Steinbeck’s immersive style! I’ve only read ‘Beyond Eden’ so far, but I really liked the immersion (neither being American nor a person from the 19th century…)

It’s just an ideological thing or out of fear what the future brings. The new owner is a data mining company, so I was expecting updates with ads or tracking any day. Glad to hear it hasn’t happened though!
That sounds super useful! Does it also change www.reddit.com/… to the archived OLD.reddit.com version? Those seem to work much better, yet most Google results are to the new interface.
I’ve switched from Nova Launcher (after their aquisition) to lawnchair launcher and it’s been a good replacement for me. Similar feature set and I’m not really missing much, so I’m fine with the slow development.

That I am aware of. But without any circulation the hot air will simply cool down and condensate once I turn off the dryer, wouldn’t it? Leaving either highly saturated air or even some water droplets, ready to be absorbed by the filament again
