Yeah I’ve tried this but the experience isn’t all there for me imo. It’s certainly a great project though.

Huh, I must’ve misremembered.
I’m a GenZ-er, and I adblock everywhere I can. What makes the difference with YouTube premium for me is that I fall asleep to YouTube videos on a TV every night, and the advertisements alone can make that experience terrible because you can’t adblock YT on a TV as easily as elsewhere. Premium might be one of my best decisions I’ve made for a platform I spend so much time on. I still donate to Wikipedia and uBlock even if I pay the premium for other services.
Graphene sandboxes Google services heavily, and is enabled and used only at user discretion. It doesn’t get higher priority than any other user application on the device. Calyx is alright but I would recommend Graphene much more than Calyx. I don’t like either of these though unless you are a privacy nut. If you just want to get out of Google, LineageOS works plenty well although without many of the creature comforts of a stock ROM.
idk man at least their dictators are somewhat competent rulers

The same Zuck that is training “AI” off their platform’s user data?
Proxmox sounds like it fits their use case , it’s a useful and tweakable solution, and because it’s based on KVM you can pass through hardware with IOMMU. Personally, I run Proxmox on my (admittedly not very good) home server with like 12 gigs of ram and a processor from the early 2010s, handles a few VMs just fine with hardware passthrough to a TrueNAS VM. I do run a lot of my micro services on some cheap thin clients (DNS mainly) for redundancy as I mentioned, they were cheap. Home Assistant OS is happy on Proxmox as is Jellyfin with hardware acceleration.
Not an eli5 because I’m still not caught up on it but if my memory serves, RISC-V is an open source architecture for processors, basically like amd64 or arm64, actually I’m pretty sure ARM’s chips are RISC-V derivatives.
Here’s the issue tracking that submission, you can follow it through GitHub to receive emails on any updates.
Jellyfin has an official Samsung TV app! It’s not available on the Samsung app gallery yet but there are developer instructions on their github
As much as I hate Windows, Microsoft etc, I also have grown to like the Windows Terminal. Kitty is my true favorite but Windows Terminal is a close second due to the tight integration with WSL and Microsoft’s cloud stuff as well as theme support and some other things.
Aurora Store
This issue comes and goes for me. No idea why, but the latest update seems to have fixed it. Who knows, could be a caching issue or something.
You’re technically right but discord really doesn’t care as long as you’re not doing anything harmful with the client mods. Big YouTubers like No Text To Speech publicly promote and use Vencord and never get banned, I think his server is even a discord partner.
Maybe I’m just a good Kansas City boy but although the game is quite, I don’t know interesting, it does bring great economic stimulus to places where the teams and games are held. I’ve experienced this first hand with the little Renaissance that KCK and KCMO are both having right now, a lot of that helped by the NFL. I don’t like the NFL organization sure, but they have helped us.
Idk about the mobile release but wasn’t roller coaster tycoon written mostly by hand in assembly? I’m probably wrong but I feel like that could be why, not arbitrary for that game lol
It’s a version name? The name of their OS is Vanilla OS and it’s the second version.
there are lots of cheap domain registrar options but if you’re looking for a cheap .com I always go for cloudflare, they also offer .org for pretty cheap and many other options as well. The domains other than the common ones are pretty decently priced as well. I migrated all my domains there last year and it’s really simple, integrates with their DNS really well and payment is pretty streamlined.
I mean like the Bluetooth radio, not like a radio tuner. Sorry should’ve clarified
so true
