The worst part about snaps isn’t the fact that their packaged like Windows files, it’s that it makes updating everything on your computer confusing as fuck when you don’t really want to ever think about it.
We’re embarrassed that the little effort we managed to produce on this obviously good day of the depression cycle was worthy of thanks, so we’re trying to scuttle away from what feels like praise.
I would move an entire group of fighting games reddits over here but there’s no automoderator or mod toolbox equivalent. Until lemmy gets that basic functionality it’s moot to try and moderate anything at a high level
I’m using kubuntu right now. Test it out fedora for about 3 hours before I ran into a bug and went back to the KUbuntu hard drive. Normie means it just works, or at the very least googling the answer leads to good solutions. Only ubuntu has that

I still use Pandora, because I like the recommendations and I’m not too enthusiastic about spending time curating lists.
Plus with a basic ad related DNS you can block Pandora ads.
I’ve wanted to open a string of video game subs on lemmy but i don’t know what instance is best. It would have to be something that is ok with occasional porn and bad words (but not bigotry).
Just a default install of 365 and the only thing that popped up on the screen was teams. It was a separate uninstaller, which was nice I guess? But you have to dig through the 30 language un installers for 365 to find it.
