Bloated us a relative term. If it feels bloated then it is, if it doesn’t then it isn’t. The second you start noticing it is when you know you’ve gone too far for your own comfort and should start cleaning more aggressively. Compared to old computers even the cleanest modern linux setup is bloated by comparison in most cases.

I just have no interest in reddit anymore, I always hated the UI and now that there aren’t any third party apps I don’t want to use it. If I see a technical answer in a search sure I’ll use it, but it’s whatever. If reddit wanted to charge on a per user basis to use the API I would have understood because companies need to make money and I wasn’t seeing ads, but they chose the stupidest approach to becoming more profitable.
