thats highly disturbing and im sorry to hear that happened to you. your employer should absolutely take this seriously. whether or not they are legally obligated to, im not sure, but if you are at a large company speak to your office of ethics, associate relations, or if small, anyone in HR. just speak up.
I mix together oats, peanut butter, protein powder, some sweetener (agave, honey, sometimes maple syrup if I’m out of the others, I find a liquid sugar helps them stick), and then something with a crunch, maybe chocolate chips, maybe sunflower seeds, and then a little bit of salt and vanilla for flavor (unless the protein powder adds enough flavor already). Mix it well then stick in the fridge till it solidifies enough to mold with your hands, roll into balls, then I usually throw them right back into a container and into the fridge. If you use natural peanut butter, you can add some coconut oil to help them stick a little more.
keep some washed fruit around i like to have some oranges or a bowl of grapes or something at my desk to pick on over the course of the day. sometimes ill make oat balls or just keep some sunflower seeds out too for extra protein
thats nice to hear its fun past the initial start. we’ve had a hard time getting an ongoing campaign bc our players really think its funny to send their hoard of level 0s on death missions
i gotta ask: whats a tree surgeon?
how was it? we’re starting a DCC campaign soon!
im in my early 20s and a year out of college in my first long term full time job. im starting to get what you feel already. I think as an adult as you grow and develop into your own personality it becomes harder to make friends you really connect with sometimes. why dont you try taking a class for a hobby youve always wanted to try or regularly volunteering somewhere? or even try becoming a regular at a bar or coffee shop you like. if people see you enough, you’ll automatically become friendly to them. ive yet to have the executive willpower to try these things regularly enough myself to make a substantial friend, but this is what i want to try. you can also try reconnecting with old friends you enjoyed or never knew too well. it might be awkward or they might not be open to it, but my partner and i have the best time hanging out with my old roommates, even if we don’t see them very often.
why specify leftists that will vote for biden? or leftists at all?
is ios the only alternative?
vinegar. everywhere
stupid but if it removes useless bloat and data farming im for it
crab or lobster. they just look like massive spiders
i have a switch too and 9 times out of 10 im booting it up to play light games with friends. it gets me a lot of use but hardly for real gaming. main exceptions are the zelda games, the mario sunshine reboot, and the ace attorney reboot, plus some of nintendos unique titles. the main upside to people is that you can get it pretty cheap compared to a nice gaming computer or a console so for casual gamers it gets you access to a lot on the online store, but if you are looking for pure longevity the ds is not a bad choice.
have you tried ketamine therapy?
or a real example that most newer cars have a “check rear seat for occupant” alert because some people forget their babies in the backseat and they die…
i loveeeeee soyrizo!!! throw it on nachos some time
chinese takeout, so original !
ive always like realistic characters. its what i struggle most with in modern tv. i like to see progress being made on a problem/relationship through real conversations and disagreements. i find a lot of kids shows charming for this when characters have to work to solve seemingly simple problems. i tend to get annoyed at shows that have problems caused by people doing the dumbest, pettiest things that no real person would ever actually do (in theory… some people amaze me). e.g. netflix shows that can run 4 seasons on someone having a psychotic revenge scene. like who does that??
