100% the other way around for me. My phone is the one thing I own, I use the most. To have a more fluid experience is worth a couple of hundred dollars. The hourly price difference is minuscule.

Honestly though, that does not seem far away from most diets. That’s the thing, it’s somewhat easy to lose weight. But to stick it out long term? Close to impossible for most. An absurd amount gain all of it back sooner or later.
By far and the best way not to struggle with obesity is not to get obese. Because when you’re there, the rest of your life will be a struggle.
“Save the planet” is too broad. Electric cars can help with global warming. But may be worse in other areas.
Thing is, global warming is by far and away the largest environmental threat today. So it’s likely very much beneficial to lessen the burden there, while other areas suffer.
But you’re very much right in that it won’t do shit as long as we’re producing electricity through fossil fuel among others. With that said, the same people pushing for electric cars are also pushing for green energy.

Actually just purchased a set of global knives. I’m extremely happy so far!
That’s the one negative, there is no headrest. Not even to purchase. Though there is a company that specializes on headrests for their chairs, that are made with great quality and looks as official as it gets. I’m about to purchase one of those, which sucks considering what I paid.
I’m fairly tall 187 cm / 6”2. And have zero struggles with the size of the chair. I’m on the medium size, so there’s a larger one available. Depending on your size, I’d imagine that one would work for you.
It’s 100% the best chair I’ve ever sat in. Took 3 weeks to break in, had some crazy pain in my lower back. Realized afterwards that what had happen, was my posture was being corrected. I sit with much better posture on regular chairs now as well, it basically forced me into learning how to sit properly. I never ache, never feel like I have to stand or move. It’s just awesome.
That would likely work quite well, unfortunately I live in Sweden and I kid you not when I say about 50% of establishments do not take cash.
Not all good being in a cashless society.
Those look nice!
I bought a pannier backpack from Two Wheel Gear a couple of years ago, it’s been through so many miles both on the bike and on my back. Really sturdy.
Can’t go wrong with a great pannier!
Thank you! Seems like a great company. Always wanted a decent couple of boots, and Italian made has also been something I’ve looked for.
That’s awesome! Do you know if the brand is still as great, or have the quality changed?
First day in a while I’m just staying at home doing absolutely nothing. So much looking forward to it!
People keep saying this about Plex, yet I’ve received one pop up about paying them during the last 6 months. That was while I tried to use a pay feature. Not once otherwise.
There are plenty of apps that I can’t use due to their annoyance when you’re in the free tier. Plex have not bothered me in the least.
Why am I not using streamio? Well, we have an Apple TV so that’s tough. Might get something else down the line, but I pirate to save money, not to save money on entertainment and spend it on equipment instead.
Time helps us get through pain, even though it often leaves a mark. For me, changing how I think about things has really made a difference.
It’s great to feel good, but I don’t think that needs to be the main goal of life. I try to see life as a gift where feeling all kinds of emotions is a valuable part. I hope everyone gets to feel the incredible joy of being in love and the comfort of a happy relationship, but also knows what it’s like to go through a heartbreak… Because going through different feelings, good or bad, adds so much to our lives.
Heartbreak gives us strength and empathy, happiness gives us beautiful memories, and love? Love is that quiet, steady thing that makes all the tough parts worth it. So I try to welcome every feeling, every moment, and every experience, because together, they make up our unique, stories.
No one is saying they shouldn’t be allowed to run ads. But that they should be allowed to run highly specific and targeted ads is not by any means a forgone conclusion.
Television, newspapers, ads out in the “wild” and whatnot. All manage without individualizing ads. And Facebook could as well. But it’s more profitable to say to hell with our users privacy, let’s individualize the shit out of those ads.
That’s the problem.
Sounds like an amazing experience! Would love to do some soul seeking in Japan.
The protection cited in the article is for buildings. Alright? No one is becoming a militarized surveillance state over buildings being protected by the military.
This is a prime minister wanting to look strong in tough times, not a country becoming a surveillance state.
I personally had 4 active accounts in August, until I settled on one instance I like. Very likely many others did the same, so these numbers are far from perfect.
I feel like the jury’s still out a bit. We had some insane development during July, then it steadily dropped off. Lots of decent apps, but not many being updated during the last month.
And they aren’t really in that good of a state, still many kinks to iron out.
Lemma is a newcomer that seems pretty great. I miss some sorting options, other than that it’s awesome.
100% this. Paying $12 a month for basically all music I’ll ever want to listen to, is just an amazing deal. It’s so convenient. Felt the same when Netflix came about. But now when I need like 6 services, and there’s still lots not on them. Piracy is just so much more convenient.
Yeah. Even the largest leagues and teams are basically impossible to follow on anything but Reddit and Twitter. For smaller teams? Nothing else exists…
