Tbh, that makes it even more impressive to me. Those suckers are pretty damn hard to control freehand.

Well, he’s basically a rapist and abuser. The accusations are a bit more complicated than that, and even a bit worse, but there’s really no doubt at all that they’re true. So a lot of people outright hate him, and will reflexively reject any posting of his music, especially a new track that’s on a platform that would generate income for him.
Musically, that’s a matter of opinion. It’s definitely the same style of music for sure. My take is that it’s watered down and uninspired, this particular track. Pretty much phoning it in. If you like the track, there’s nothing wrong with that, all musical preferences are subjective. It just doesn’t work for me. I can’t speak for anyone else in that respect.
That’s done by hand router?
Dude, that’s legit then. I thought it was a table router when I first scrolled through and was feeling pity. Not so if that’s hand router work.
For plays, I tend to think the “rule” is necessary. For movies, a little less so, since things can just be there for visual interest in a way they can’t for plays.
But for novels and other fiction? Utter codswallop. When not writing for a visual performance, you build scenes in any way that works. This can include meaningless items being interacted with purely for that reason.
Ouch. Tough post lol.
The song is meh at best. He’s capable of better, or used to be.
But the comments being turned off for the video? Lmao, somebody was thinking ahead. That would have been more entertaining than the video itself, but they had to ruin the fun lol.
Is the story set on earth?
If so, is it this earth?
Why would I change either?
I mean, I’m a hoopy frood, So I know where my towel is, and it’s full of all kinds of nutrients due to the competing microbes that compose its flora. You don’t just waste that kind of ecosystem by changing towels every decade.
And sheets? What about the memories? Every stain is a mark of something wonderful that happened. Except the ones that are marks of something horrific that happened. Or the ones that are just spilled beverages. But, you know, that’s still plenty of good memories you want washed down the drain, you animal you.
Give me a vector victor
Darude, sandstorm.
Little homies up in there cleaning things and living their best lives. I ain’t mad at that.
Besides, all the yeast and bacteria maken good company for them, so it’s all good.
I’d almost bet money it’s the otterbox. If it’s one of their older models, I would bet a small amount that’s what it is if it could be an anonymous bet and a good way to confirm. I’ve had a few otterbox cases over the years, and the older ones always degrade and get sticky, and it transfers. Their newer ones and colored ones don’t (or haven’t yet anyway), but I’ve stopped buying them because of it.
You can’t fix it, you just have to toss the damn things.
Ikr? I can imagine the slightly surrealistic hands sticking to things
I agree, 404 is legit journalism. No org is perfect, but they’re as good as it gets.
Yeah, just search up right to repair farm equipment, just linking one or two articles won’t give you the scope of the problem the way seeing how much it has been covered, but not changed.
I got family that farms independent, and it’s pretty much the single biggest factor in profitability over time. Those machines can cost as much, or more, than a nice house, and you’re locked in to inflated service and parts costs.
Enraging doesn’t honestly do the problem justice.
This isn’t a “google it” thing, it’s really about actually seeing the search results first hand. We’re talking pages of hits going back decades.
It isn’t that direct a thing, but it was pretty close in their case.
Huh. Last time I used it, I didn’t fiddle much. Guess I didn’t dig enough into it up see the fancy stuff.
You can easily find HR staff that are wonderful as individuals. Plenty of them.
But HR as an entity isn’t about providing resources to humans, it’s about managing humans as resources. They aren’t there to help employees, though they may do that indirectly sometimes. They’re there to help employers, and even the best individuals doing the job are still doing that job of helping the employer as their primary goal.
Even the best people can be worn down by doing the job and turn into the soulless drone, if they can’t/don’t think they can leave the job.
The only HR department I’ve ever trusted was at a home health agency that was owned by a single person who set the standards, and there were two HR employees that really were there to help balance the company’s needs with the employees’. It was evident in everything they did, and the boss would abide by their decisions even if it cost her.
But! At any point in time, she could have completely done away with that methodology. And that’s why HR as a thing can never be trusted
Tbh, with jersey sheets, you’re better off going cheap. The knit is going to fail at some point, and the thinner ones are actually more comfortable overall.
Yeah, the cheap ones will wear out faster, but not by much.
Iirc, the longest lasting I’ve had were Utopia. The most comfortable were something polo, US polo, or something like that.
We switched away from Jersey when we buy new sheets because there’s some issues with it at queen size, but I do have a couple of sets that are over ten years old from both of those brands (again, iirc, it isn’t like I have receipts right in front of me or anything).
