I’ll note that the NLRB is appointed by the President; this kind of outcome is only possible because we’ve had a Democratic president the past few years.

And it will be swiftly reversed by a Republican, should one get in office.
The Republican party should die with Trump’s failed campaign… we’ll always have conservatives but that role could easily be played by the democratic party which would oppose a more liberal branch party. Republicans have moved so far into conspiracy theories that their core party platforms are not relevant to reasonable policy discussions.
Dude Harris isn’t that far ahead. This kind of attitude is what lost 2016.
Where did I say they were? Modern us politics isn’t based in policy discussions - we could easily see a party swap in the next decade if Trump royally fucks the GOP… that isn’t a given and we all need to vote - but it is a possibility.
The implication of this statement is that it has already failed.
Oh, I suppose there’s an optimistic conditional in there… “if (as I hope) Trump’s campaign is an utter failure, it should bring down the party.”

Now that I agree with.
Which is why Americans should prevent that.
