      Yea … this seems like a rapidly spread falsehood … someone claimed that it’s developed by Google because it’s made a group/company that have received VC funding from Mozilla, whose main income is from Google’s “default search engine fee”.

      There are connections, sure, as there are throughout the whole tech industry … but really it’s just rubbish misinformation social media drama shite.
