    Pal, I don’t know what to tell you. Your post seems to imply the FBI is prosecuting a petty crime, and that is… incorrect.

      The joke is that the FBI is correcting him on how to be properly racist and intimidating. Because, ya know. The FBI has a history of enabling behavior like that.
