    Not really. You just do the job but the middle man contractor changes. If they don’t give the one contracts then others will get them and need workers. The contracting company tries to bamboozla yeah into thinking you should not have your resume at several places but anyone smart does just that. Its a lot like how they tell you not to discuss wages.

      You still have to apply to the job and the new company doesn’t necessarily have to hire you. I know many people who lost their jobs when a federal contract went to a new company even though the actual job didn’t change.

        Yeah but thats a fact of life with contracting. You get extended or not. You stick around or you don’t. When im contracting im basically always ready to inerview and actually you by and applying is minimal. The companies hit you up about contracts and see if your available.
