Wow nice, Japan is making progress. For the first time a pop star came out as gay too and seems to be well enough recieved (there are quotes from mom and others supporting and accepting him)

The government will also consider law revisions that would require reporting of sexual abuses, including acts deemed indecent, to authorities in **nursery schools **and elsewhere, and strengthen measures against cases by individuals who take advantage of their stronger positions in workplace and through kinship ties.

Can anyone who can speak with actual experience in japan/japanese clear this bit up? Is it a translation error, cultural difference? Am I just somehow reading this wrong idk.
