NGL, I know mom has to be around or they’d be in worse shape, but I’d still scoop them up, get them cleaned up and then see if I could catch mom too.

I consider myself an Oregonian first and American second. Most of the country I can absolutely do without.
Oregon though…
2018 - Having a heart attack and being told I need open heart surgery.
Nothing has scared me since then.
“Who was your designer? Hannibal Lecter?”
It took reddit a long time to come up with “Multis” where you put whatever themed channels under one group.
I don’t see why it couldn’t be done here.
Cancer in terms of, well, everything.
Found out yesterday my wife has to have an amputation… again. :(
The plan was to turn it into enough small fragments that the scavengers could eat it. All it did was scare the scavengers away and cover observers in pieces of dead whale.
“key voters”.
“They voted in only one of the past two presidential elections;”
So 2016 or 2020 but not both…
“between ages 18 and 25”
You would have to be 22 or older to have voted in 2020, this age demo could not have voted in 2016.
“registered to vote since 2022”
Eliminates 18 and 19 year olds who would have registered in 2024 or 2023.
“did not definitely plan to vote for either Biden or Trump this year”
“or switched their support between 2016 and 2020.”
Some strange use of the words “key voters” I’m not familiar with.
I really wanted them to see how much dynamite is needed for a dead whale! ;)
“Here comes pieces of…”
(plop, plop, plop)
Lessons start on Thursday so we’ll see what they have me start with (scales, I’m sure! LOL!).
If I could pull any one song out of the ether and play it perfectly it would be Higher Ground.
Either version :)
Bought a bass guitar, should be here tomorrow.
No, I have NO idea what I’m doing.
The Republican Convention is in July, the Democratic Convention is in August.
So what would happen is all the state delegates would get together and vote on who the new candidate should be.
If they drop out AFTER the nominating convention, then it gets a lot more complicated.
If something happens to the winner of the election after the election, but before the electoral college process, it’s EVEN MORE complicated.
See this fun novel from 1995:
Not “this economy” but 20 years ago, I was unemployed and took a part time job running a computer lab at night at a for profit college.
When I got a regular day job, I kept the lab job for extra money.
So I worked IT from 8 to 5, then the computer lab from 6 to 10, Mon-Thur. Normal job on Fri. Off Sat/Sun.
I do kind of miss the private clubs. I had worked my way up through 100K, 150K, 200K and 300K karma clubs before I bailed and came here.
Centennial Club was just the best. It was like Century Club, but way nicer!
If it lasts/has lasted more than 24 hours, get to a doctor!
I fought bad “heartburn” for 5 days. Turned out, I was having a heart attack. On day 5 the damage was already done and I had to have open heart surgery.
Send nudibranches.
