Yes, they come with the wedge. These black plastic scales are just pinned, so the two halves can still rotate w.r.t. one another (which makes stacking the scale, washer, blade, washer, scale stack much less fiddly.

The Ralf Aust horn scales are glued to the wedge, so that degree of freedom isn’t available during assembly.
