It’s not alphabetical unless you’re reading it like a lightning bolt for some reason. If alphabetical is what you want, a mixture of both would be ideal, making it: A, B, X, Y.

Besides, Microsoft are the ones that changed the layout, not Nintendo. The confusion when switching controllers is likely by design.

This is how I handle pirating. I more or less treat pirating as a demo for the game. If I liked the game enough to finish it, 9/10 times I’m going to actually buy it unless I have some personal reason not to, like the dev being a pos I don’t wish to support or something.

I’ve gotten a similar type of captcha before, but it was literally impossible. There was no drill on the right side.

Edit: the arrows just shuffled the icons up a slot btw. It’s not like the drill suddenly appeared when I changed it.

Fair, but these are all perfectly valid reasons to do so on Lemmy as well, so I still think it makes more sense to do so here than on Reddit.

Why? I feel like that would be more common on Lemmy than anything. There is an actual point in using different instances here, I don’t see any point whatsoever on Reddit.

Piped is just too inconsistent for me. I gave it a solid month or two, but half the time I open it up none of the instances are loading any videos. Eventually I gave up and looked into other options, ended up using FreeTube.

I think the first note was fine. It’s definitely going to be a spot of confusion for a lot of people. I agree that the rest were largely unnecessary though.
