Post Shave: Stirling - Coniferous - Witch Hazel & Aloe
Whew. Love it. I enjoyed using /u/visceralwatch’s Karve Overlander very much, but going back to this razor… I have as much thrill for the Era Level 3 as he has for the Overlander.
To be fair, this blade is hitting its stride, and the past couple of shaves with the Overlander were with a different blade. I take back what I said about the Overlander feeling like a Henson. After a few shaves, I disagree with that. It “gives you the angle” without “giving you the angle”. It works great for n00bs and experts alike.
One more shave left in this tub. It started falling apart today, so I might have to treat it like a sample tomorrow.
In other news… my FAVORITE old Reddit app (Sync for Reddit), was released as Sync for Lemmy. I’m pretty stoked!
I also noticed as I was playing around with the Jerboa app… by changing the default sort in that app to “New”, that setting carried over to the browser app. I prefer “new” for shaving stuff, especially with the threaded nature of r/wetshaving and sub.wetshaving.
Is there a browser setting that does the same? LMK in the comments.
Same here; I don’t know whether that’s a limitation of Lemmy, or of the apps we’re using. It’s not a big deal but it would be nice to be able to configure this.

I haven’t found a way of choosing a default order within a post (AFAIK, this is not possible in jerboa or wefwef).

Me too. I’m still using it for Reddit (revanced), but I downloaded it for Lemmy. It’s working great!
That’s cool. I didn’t know you could do that. Do you just use your own API key or some such?
Yeah, that’s pretty much it. It’s very simple. There are a lot of guides on how to do it if you’re interested.
