What a terrific brush! A 30mm Motherlode must feel amazing.
In theory I should love this Motherlode, but the glue bump is quite bulbous. It feels kind of weird when I splay the knot. It feels great when painting, but like a good splay.
That’s a shame. I have a 26mm Motherlode in a brush. Such a unique knot. Does not have that issue. Where did you get yours?

Good catch! To my knowledge, it’s every Ready 400 with a 30mm Motherload in existence.

I’ve been sick for the last few days, while on vacation, and today is the first day I’ve felt like shaving. Rope Swing was the perfect way to get back into it. The Overlander had no issues with taking down several days growth.

Enjoying yet another silky smooth shave with the Frio cleaver. Maybe I’ll make this a wedge week.
