Ausflug is such a uniquely beautiful scent that I think I might have found my AA soap. I’ll admit that I struggled to find scents to pair with this one. I think that Fleur de France worked really well with it, and Monarch rounded out the shave. These are possible contenders for AA as well.

• Post Shave: Goodfellow & Co. - Face Lotion - Kelp & Sea Mineral

I don’t remember the last time I used one of these razors. It’s an interesting combo of mild blades in a semi-aggressive disposable package.

Varen was, of course, amazing. Clubman made it into my dopp bag since it doesn’t last long, and shouldn’t bother any co-workers.

• Aftershave: Ariana & Evans - Peach & Cognac - Aftershave

2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.

Too hot today for me to use Tabac. Peach & Cognac was a wonderful substitute.

This F.W. Engels is a great little razor. I really like the weight and balance of it. The Jnat edge had that light, feathery feel yet it removed whiskers effortlessly. Yes, this was another test shave. Here is the video.

I overslept this morning and was forced to skip Tabac Tuesday morning shave. I thought I’d make up for it in the evening, but then I got Stanksick (like homesick, but with Stank ®) and took time for a lunch break Stankening.

I smell glorious, Tuesday is saved.

My set of AYLM Koké is supposed to be delivered today, and I’m looking forward to trying it. I YOLOed a blind buy so fingers crossed .
