Very nice surprise today: Nor’easter is a lightly mentholated soap with a pleasant cologne-type scent. I love these little discoveries during Sample Straightember.

Good shave. I don’t know much about these blades but they seem to work very well in most of my razors.

• Razor: Chiseled Face Legacy (Aluminum)
• Blade: Gillette Nacet [2]
• Lather: Moon Soaps - Tobacco Flower - Soap
• Post Shave: House of Mammoth - Shire 2 - Splash

I forgot about the Nacet being more aggressive in this razor and ended up with a couple weepers before I knew they were there. Still a good shave overall.

Green tobacco scents for this morning. Tobacco Flower has a non-cured tobacco note, which is light and clean. Shire was amazing as always, and paired well enough.

Both the soap and the splash had an unexpected cooling effect. The colder mornings have made this a little less ideal.

Killer lather. It started out questionable, so knowing there’s hard water here I loaded more soap. It worked.
