I think the EdT is so good it overcomes the polarizing aspect of the soap’s scent. I’ll be on a short trip starting Friday. Not sure what I’ll take yet. Certainly the #GloriousStankTrinity is an option.
My thoughts went exactly the other way: Black Watch is wonderful, and 3 Scots was the result the same perfumer working in response to the same prompt, it must be great, too 😂

Did you get a bottle of 3 Scots?
No. An alternative to the Black Watch EdT didn’t strike my fancy. I can’t imagine that the BW EdT can be improved upon.

I swear I smelled Tabac at Bruxelles-Midi, so I conclude that Belgians are a cultured bunch, and I immediately felt welcomed 😊

Agree. Either that, or their noses are already conditioned to much stronger and far worse odors :)
