I’m shamelessly copying @sahenders@sub.wetshaving.social and @gcgallant@sub.wetshaving.social today. Any excuse to use delicious TNeV is a welcome one and now I even got two. This big modern Friodur is a true joy to use and hearing it effortlessly slice through stubble (39 hours worth of stubble, practically a hobo beard by recent standards) is just so damn satisfying. The scales have already loosened a bit. That happened a bit too quickly and probably means I should repin them, but that’s a problem for future me.

Does SBS have multiple bases or is it all the same?
They’ve had one soap base since April 2019, appropriately named Honor Roll. I don’t have any soaps in their original soap base (released March 2018) to compare against though. Probably for the best since Honor Roll is so good. 😊

I would agree that the base is excellent, and that you need more of their scents. 😊 Especially since Laurel Mountain is a collab, as great as it is. I’ve yet to find a SBS scent that I didn’t like on some level. Which of their scents have you tried?
Only Woodshop so far.
