    Christmas Cabin

    It’s hard to believe that Christmas is a week out. Today, Christmas Cabin and Embrace provided some warm, comforting scents to put me in the Christmas mood.

    Good shave today. This scent is exactly what I was expecting. This is a pleasant woody Christmas scent with strong spice notes.

    My Cerberus frag and splash arrived late last week, and I’m celebrating it with an over-the-top Quadhole Mammoth Monday SOTD. I’m looking forward to using Cerb in different combinations, without being restricted to just the soap going forward.

        No, I haven’t, and as a cautious reader of Greek mythology, I’d first like to investigate the degree of genetic relationship between kerberoi and hydrai. Cutting off a head may prove counterproductive 😱

      I saw your Mail Call post yesterday and that made my choice of setup today. I was planning to use TNeV but now I have the Cerberus trifecta on tap for a midday shave. Tomorrow will be Thé for Twosday (a geezer reference).

      2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.

    I don’t remember the story behind this collaboration, but Cerberus is a triumph for House of Mammoth, Declaration Grooming and Noble Otter. If you have looked at this, liked the scent notes, and were intrigued, it’s even better than you imagine. The Koraat 14-2.0, and everything else in this setup, was an absolute pleasure to use today.

    A very late shave, and the first one that has been written using sotd.el under emacs. @djundila@sub.wetshaving.social more or less dared me into it, and it is rather a proof-of-concept state than a fully useful piece of software, but it is good enough for my personal use.

          Thanks, I’m curious to have a look tonight. I’m currently tinkering with a shave den inventory management and sotd writing/publishing/inspecting/searching app. Reading about your sotd.el of course immediately made me dream of an Emacs client for DenManadjer
