2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.
Traveling today. Seems like a perfect time to pull out Le Grand Chypre. A very refreshing shave to start a journey.

I heard wyze0ne say recently that reserve gets hard over time, and it dawned on me that he’s right! I spent extra time loading enough soap, and the lather was really nice.

I’m really enjoying these travel shaves more than I thought I would. The Ogallala stick isn’t my favourite scent (a bit cloying), but it’s super easy to get dense lather from with the Motherlode and I’m having fun dialling in the stick format. Speick splash leaves the same fantastic silky feeling as Pitralon, and Oud Wood++;
